I was extremely disappointed with the service we received from Warner Stellian. This was the second dishwasher we’ve purchased from them in the past three years. Our first experience was good, which is why we returned, but this time was a completely different story.
After selecting our dishwasher, it took about a week to arrive at the store, which wasn’t a major concern. However, it then took an additional two weeks to get it installed due to scheduling issues on their end. I stay home during the day and was willing to work around whatever availability they had to get the installation completed as soon as possible.
We were also told installation would be free, but when the installers arrived, they informed us that we needed to hire a plumber first and recommended one that would have charged $300 to modify the hookup. We ended up finding another plumber who completed the same quick fix for just $40.
When we finally scheduled installation again, I specifically requested a time between 12:00 and 5:00 PM because we were preparing to leave for vacation. The night before the appointment, I received an email confirming a delivery window of 4:45–7:45 PM, and we were listed as the last stop of the day.
Throughout the three weeks it took to get this dishwasher installed, we dealt with repeated headaches, poor communication, and multiple scheduling issues. The entire process was far more difficult than it should have been. Based on this experience, we will be purchasing appliances elsewhere in the future.
