We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. We were introduced to Anthony. He spent quality time with us describing our carpet and padding options. The purchase was very efficient. Dustin came to our home and measured where we wanted new carpet. He did a wonderful job. The installation was excellent. Shawn supervised the crew of 4. My wife and I found this to be an extremely positive experience and highly recommend Royal Flooring.

If I could give 10 stars I would!… I’ve been so impressed with Anthony as my project manager for my flooring … it all started there with his assistance in choosing the best flooring choice for me … his eye (and knowledge) for design & color is top notch … then the installers came in and did their part … wow! do they know their craft! They were meticulous in prepping and laying our floor … Miguel and his crew always showed up on time and worked hard to give us the best floor. And always so polite in answering any & all questions I had. Anthony (project manager) also went above & beyond in answering my questions … always making time to be available. We pulled out our old wood flooring and carpet … laid Coretec Premium Blonde Oak in the living room, dining room and kitchen, also in our guest bath. I also want to mention that Dustin with Royal Flooring did all the measuring for the project… and I asked him all kinds of questions too… he was very kind and very knowledgeable. He gave me added confidence in my choice. Coretec is waterproof and pet proof … just what I needed! It’s also very quiet. I really like the 9” planks! I highly recommend Royal Flooring and working with Anthony and I also highly recommend the Coretec brand for LVP or LVT.

Everyone we encountered at Royal Flooring was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with us. Choosing a floor to use throughout our home was no small task, and they were very helpful, and their selection is extensive. We never felt pressured to make a decision. Installation went smoothly and quicker than we expected, thanks to the hard-working and experienced installers.
