Zeglin's Home TV & Appliance· 1833 E Kimberly Rd

Went in there to price compare after seeing their holiday special online. The staff was very nice, nice enough to let me know i would get a better deal elsewhere for what I was comparing. Their sales special is a gimmick of a $50 Visa. Gift card that you'll get well after your purchase. The only thing they would do was drop the appliances at my door for thirty dollars. In comparison to what I was quoted elsewhere. Would not the price compared the lower prices I had elsewhere. Gives you a year's warranty with their own mechanics that work on the machines. No manufacturers guarantees. Overall, not what I expected after seeing what they advertise online for deals and comparisons.

Can't say enough about Zeglin's. Literally, a few days ago, I didn't know they existed, and now I'm a convert...I'm going here first for any appliance purchase. I'm out of state, and they facilitated a purchase of a Wolf appliance by way of multiple phone calls, text messages, and emails (lots of pictures and patience) and even assisted with packaging it and recommending a shipper. The process could not have been smoother. The communication was amazing...I literally worked with 5 different people and they all knew what was going on and worked as a team. Best part...I got a great deal. Thanks Zeglin's. Y'all are the standard bearer for customer service, team work, and retail business.
