Grand Appliance and Tv

This was our first purchase from Grand Appliance. We needed a new washer delivered ASAP. I had always gone with Home Depot but wanted to see what Grand had to offer. John, my sales person, was very nice and went through all the washer options. I told him basically what I wanted and within 45 minutes he had located one in the local warehouse available to be delivered within two days. The pricing was very fair and the selection there in Davenport was good. I also was trying to decide to add a matching dryer or not, as ours was still working fine and we really didn't need the extra expense right now. He wasn't pushy at all and I ended up just buying a white washer to kind match up with our dryer even though the new washer was LG and dryer is a 5 y/o GE. (they look just fine together) Deliver was on time and well within the 4 hours window. We will definitely return when needing another appliance. Also happy to hear their service is not outsourced.

From the moment I walked in, my experience was outstanding. The sales team was incredibly helpful and patient as I looked through the many great washing machines they had on display. They took the time to answer my questions and never made me feel rushed. Matt did a fantastic job with the delivery. He was quick, efficient, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Kyle and stephen were excellent installers. They were prompt , courteous and full of useful information. However, our refrigerator has a slight leak where the water dispenses from the inside and it has been reported.So we will keep track of it to see if it clears up or if it's something we need to have service come out and repair.

Tim was our salesman. We appreciated his knowledge of the refrigerator models we were interested in purchasing. I don’t love getting new appliances but he did a good job for us. We have had one of the two refrigerators we purchased delivered and Nick and his partner were very efficient and friendly. The other delivery is tomorrow. Thankbyiu!
