Went in and told Bert I was looking for a New Fridge as mine was having issues. I told him what was going on with it and he took me to an exact model of my fridge and told me what to do to fix my problem! he could have just sold me a newer fridge, but he told me he didn't want to see me spend money unnecessarily! The advice Bert gave me also fixed my issue!! In the future if I ever need any appliance I will definitely be going to Bert's! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

My family has purchased from Berts for years. As soon as I needed a refrigerator I immediately knew who to call. I arrived and was well taken care of. Decided on this beautiful fridge and they went the extra mile to make sure it was working properly, helped me load it up, strap it down, taped the doors for me, and gave me a good laugh. So I went to Bert’s last weekend to look into buying a used dryer. I spoke to Bert and described the issue with my dryer and he knew right away what the issue was even though I gave him the wrong model information. He said he would have a service tech call me on Tuesday. I got the call and he said he would be out shortly. The tech quickly fixed the problem. Apparently a dryer is equipped with roller blade wheels that disintegrate. So glad I stopped by on Saturday. I don’t know how much it cost me yet, but it’s cheaper than a new dryer and I expect it to be reasonable, I’ll update this if it’s not. But I appreciate Bert and his team and will be going back. Thank you Bert and team!
