Nasons Appliances

I purchased a Maytag washing machine from Nasons in January 2026. After a week machine started having problems turning on. I made them aware and they sent me a new machine. Again a week later started doing the same thing as first machine. After some ridiculous requests about even putting lotion on my hands to turn it on they sent me to deal with Maytag. Maytag sent out a repair guy who recalibrated the machine Nasons sent me and it worked for another 3 weeks only to do the same thing again of not turning on. During this time my dryer went out and I purchased the matching dryer from Maruszczak Appliance. Now mind you the dryer has a touch screen just like the washing machine. I have not had 1 problem with my dryer from Maurszczak. In dealing back with Maytag after washing machine started not turning on again Maytag informs me they approved Nasons to send me out another new machine which is funny because Nasons NEVER contacted me to say Maytag wanted me to have another new machine as when I spoke with Nasons they told me to call Maytag. I requested from Maytag I would prefer to deal directly with them as I got the matching dryer from a different appliance store and have no problems with that. I’m starting to think Nasons is giving me defective machines. Maytag sent me a brand new machine and long and behold it’s been 2 months and I have no problems with it. It leaves me feeling like Nasons gave me defective machines. Now if Nasons got defective machines from Maytag I do feel they could have done a much better job with their customer service of dealing with me instead of pushing me off to Maytag. In the end I will never shop with them again after this experience.

I cannot say enough great things about Nason's! We stopped in for a new dishwasher and the staff was knowledgeable and offered suggestions based on our needs and wants. We absolutely LOVE the one we got and the delivery staff had great communication, were prompt, efficient and kind. We also purchased a combo washer / dyer unit (which is the greatest invention known to man) and couldn't be happier. THANK YOU Nasons! You have gained customers for life!

The team delivering my refrigerator badly damaged my new front door. I called the store as soon as I discovered the damaged. I was made to feel that I was lying, and now I'm being ghosted. No one at the store will return my calls. Stay away from this store. They promise better service but ignore customers when something goes wrong.

Amazing customer service! I’m in the middle of a remodel and working with our contractors & kitchen designer appliances were all ordered from another region supplier in January 2022. 5 months later I’m told that my oven won’t arrive now until Feb 2023 and not much they can do about it. My cabinets were custom built around the appliances ordered, but not having an oven/microwave for over a year? Was simply unacceptable & I original seller didn’t seem to have any solutions. I callled Nasons to see what they might have stock or able to get stock sooner but other brands had different measurements and I was stressed about it fitting. Within 2-3 hours Nason found my oven in Cincinnati- drove over the weekend to pick it up & installed it 3 days later. Above and beyond service- thank you so much! Exceeded all my expectations- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
