I can't believe I have to write this review about a well known business. I purchased a brand new fridge the whole package cost me $1000. They had to come to my house 3 times to fix it because the ice maker they installed incorrectly flooded my kitchen floor 3 times!! No one has done anything to correct this situation, not even called to see if it is still working. They had no problem taking my money but can't even call to see if I am happy with my purchase. The store manager will NOT call me back and when I talked to him the first time he couldn't get off the phone with me fast enough. I have never been treated so horrible when spending the amount of money I did. I will go without before I EVER give them my money or business ever again.

I cannot say enough about the after sale customer service Maruszczak provides. I purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator in may of 2025. I had an issue with the freezer in June and another issue for condensation in September. I called today with an issue that I think was caused by the repair made for the condensation issue on September 30. My freezer is defrosting food and no longer making ice. The follow up from Tom and Barb has been outstanding. I truly would recommend buying all your appliances from them. Truly one of the best experiences I have ever had. Keep up the great work!

I can enough great things about this company. First off I went into the store thinking there is no way I can afford this place. My salesman was amazing. The prices he gave me for my appliance were great and affordable. I had my appliances delivered on Saturday 20th and the delivery guys were awesome. Installation was great and they were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend everyone to go here to buy there appliances you won’t be disappointed

I want to give a shout-out to the staff. The sales person, Steven Bell made my purchase very easy and I am very happy with my Maytag laundry appliances. Your installer was first class! It was a difficult installation and he handled it with knowledge and expertise. Thank you, Eric! I am really glad I didn’t buy from a big box store.
