Purchased several electronics now a bed but I keep coming back because the customer service you get from Kaitlyn Sarah Jon and Major is the kind of customer service you don't see these days. Thanks making sure we had our bed set up and ready for our mom to come home from the nursing home. We will be back soon for sure.

Major and John are always respectful and kind when delivering to your address—you really couldn’t ask for better delivery people. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Growsby is #1! Eric, I know you’ll see this, and I want to personally thank you and the entire Growsby team. You all went out of your way to make things right—no finger-pointing, just a genuine effort to take care of the customer. That kind of service is hard to find these days. It’s clear you truly care about your customers, and that makes a big difference.

The manager, Kaitlyn, went above and beyond and ordered an exact iPad that I wanted when they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock. They’ve always been helpful and understanding. Been using them for over a year now and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them compared to the other 3 stores like them in town. -Kyle
