I highly recommend Appliance Mart for any of your appliance repair needs! They came out on a Saturday to repair our dryer after we had spent time trying to fix it ourselves with no luck. The technician, a redheaded gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly, found that it was just a blown fuse, and had our dryer up and running within 15–20 minutes of arriving. It's refreshing to receive such prompt, honest, and efficient service. We'll definitely be calling Appliance Mart again if we ever need appliance repairs!

These guys are awesome. Had a washer go out on me but thankfully it was under warranty and not only did they honor it but they showed up the sane day to deliver the new one and take the old one. John and Kyle really came through getting it down to the basement and getting it hooked up. Pretty sure they stayed at work late to make sure it was taken care of too. Polite and professional guys for sure. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

I've been to Appliance Mart multiple times. My first time was to buy a dryer. I've moved from the home it's in, but it worked great for the 3+ years I was there, and I assume it still is. I've gone back several times for parts for various appliance repairs I've done at home and the guy in there (I'm assuming the owner, it's always the same guy) is friendly, fair, and has always had what I need. I went just yesterday for a thermistor for my current Samsung dryer and within two minutes I left with it in hand and got my dryer fixed.

Bought a fridge in December. Started having frosting issues in February. By April it needed a completely new part that was worth more than the fridge itself. Reached out to them regarding warranty, they scheduled them for the next day. They came (super nice and very helpful) but they don’t disclose to you that if you have them come out and you decide not to have them order the part, you have to pay the $100 service fee. I reached out to owner about feeling like we received a faulty fridge and basically offered us a black fridge for $200. When we bought a stainless steel fridge for $300. They are nice people and want to be helpful but felt like we got screwed a bit.

Best used appliance place hands down! Got a new washer and dryer delivered today by Kyle. He was soo kind and very helpful. When taking my old dryer out he noticed my dryer vent was clogged and informed me it was a fire hazard. Called maintenance right away and got it taken care of if it wasn't for Kyle I wouldn't have known until it was too late! Thank you so much for your help today!!!! 🙂
