First time buying from a furniture store , and Big Sandy Superstore did not disappoint! The Salesman Doug wasn't pushy and gave us space to look and feel and then got us rang up quickly and efficiently and set up delivery , the delivery guys were friendly and cautious of my house and got every put together and where I wanted it in less than 20 minutes! Five stars would recommend to anyone shopping at the Plainfield indiana Big Sandy Superstore !

Big Sandy was an absolutely great experience! I was looking for a specific reclining sofa and Brittney online was able to confirm that they had it on display in our Plainfield store. When arriving at the store, Brandon was able to show us the sofa and answer all of our questions. He was extremely helpful and we really enjoyed working with him. Finally, Jairo and his team did an excellent job delivering our new sofa and setting it up. The process was seamless from start to finish!

After going without a dryer for 18 months and using my backroom as a makeshift laundry room and outdoor clothesline, I decided it was time to furnish the space and purchase a new washer and dryer set. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by Clay, who attentively assisted me in finding the perfect sofa and loveseat for my backroom. I was also introduced to Jacob, who helped me navigate the various washer and dryer options. The experience was comfortable and stress-free, and I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. I appreciated the warranty offer, which included a store credit if the warranty went unused. Overall, my experience at Big Sandy Superstore was outstanding, and I look forward to returning to. Love this store. I had been without a dryer for 18 months, we have made our backroom into a laundry room (pictures below). Few weeks ago I had to replace my Furnace and AC, then found out I had to have eye surgery . I needed more sitting room for company and went to Big Sandy Superstore in Plainfield. I was greeted by Clay which is also my youngest son’s name. I let Clay know what I wanted and how much, he never pressured us gave us our options then let us be to make our decision. They were so professional and kind I decided to look at the washer and dryer sets. Boom, sofa, love seat and washer and dryer were purchased. Huge shout out to Clay , Jacob and Jenny I know I now have a furniture store I trust and are friendly no Pressure to buy. Big Sandy Superstore I will be back Thank you Carol Norris
