*BUYER BEWARE* I reached out to the seller for a fridge and stove. When I sent them a screenshot of the stove, they tried to charge me $100 more than it was listed for. They eventually said they would sell it to me for the price listed and we set up delivery for today. They came with a stove and fridge but neither the stove nor the fridge were the ones I had messaged about. They literally tried to pull a bait and switch, trying to convince me to keep the fridge and stove they brought. Someone from the store called me and explained that both those items were sold...but no one informed me at all, they just brought alternatives without asking me. I told them I wasn't interested and they left. Will not be buying from them at all. Do not trust.

Dropped off the wrong set. Took forever to finally get them to take them back and drop off another set. Second set is already having issue. less than 2 months of having them (dryer does not dry). Reached out about warranty and never heard back. Run far away from this hack job of a company.

I have a houseful of The Appliance Plug appliances. I would not recommend any other used appliance store. I’ve had my washer and dryer now for 8years now never have had to be serviced. I also have a fridge stove and deep freezer and love them all!!

My recent experience with this business was amazing. I found a stove I liked on marketplace and got it delivered by friendly and respectful men. Thank you. I'll definitely be checking you out for future appliances.

Unfortunately I can’t recommend this company. I have purchased 3 appliances from them in 2 years and had poor experiences each time. The first refrigerator failed within 2 weeks and they argued with me before eventually agreeing to take back the unit even though it was well within the warranty period. Next was a stacked washer dryer unit I had ordered for delivery. After waiting over a week to get the appliance, I was told the day of that they no longer had the unit I had purchased and suggested another set. Since my tenants were already without laundry for several days, I agreed to the substitution. That set failed after several months (after the warranty period). Understanding that it might have been a fluke, I purchased a new set from them and was assured it was a quality unit. After staff turnovers delayed our delivery for multiple weeks, we finally got the new set delivered but the driver said he didn’t have room to take away the old set as we had arranged. He said he would come back but did not return after multiple messages and calls to the office. I eventually paid a scrapper to get rid of the old units. The new set worked for about 60 days before the washing machine failed. Given the inconvenience we’d experienced in purchasing the set, I was hopeful they would agree to repair or replace the machine since it was so close to the warranty period. But no. The only thing they agreed to do was diagnose the issue and repair (at my expense) if I could bring the machine to their shop. I understand that used appliances can have issues but after all of the units I’ve purchased have failed in a short time, and the customer service has been so poor, I have definitely spent more time and $$ than I would have if I’d just purchased new units from a reputable supplier in the first place.
