★☆☆☆☆ – Stay Away! My Worst Online Shopping Experience Stay away from Gandhi Appliances. Based on my personal experience, I would never buy from them again and would strongly discourage anyone in the United States from purchasing parts from this company. They showed me photos and communicated over WhatsApp as if they were selling a new replacement part. What I received was a used part that did not match the description and didn't even fit my cooker as the plastic inside is crooked so it does not fit properly. I felt completely misled. The most heartbreaking part is that this wasn't just any cooker. It belonged to my late father-in-law, and after he passed away, I wanted to preserve it because of its sentimental value. I explained this to them and respectfully asked them to send the new part they had represented they would provide. Instead of making things right, I was left with a useless part and a terrible customer experience. If you're in the United States, my advice is simple: don't risk your money. My experience left me feeling deceived and deeply disappointed. There are many honest businesses that value their customer. This was not one of them. Stay away from Fraud Gandhi appliances. I hope this review helps someone avoid the same mistake I made.

I ordered a replacement part for my wet grinder but they sent broken one even i dont see the broken piece(1st image) in the package so they sent the broken piece knowingly. After that i reached out to them and they sent smaller size(2nd image)that not even fit for my grinder. Dont trust this shop specially online shopping totally waste of money and time. Even i dont feel to give 1 star

We bought Ultra grind + 110v wet grinder from Gandhi Appliance after lot of speculation and research. We searched lot of places in and around Dallas, even shipping from India. The price at Gandhi appliance is considerably fair. The buying experience was very smooth and received the shipment in 3 working days as promised. I would recommend Gandhi appliance to anyone looking to buy Indian appliances and kitchen accessories. Last to mention, they are one of the two authorized dealers for Elgi Ultra range of products in the entire USA.

I am completely satisfied with the service by Gandhi Applian es. I have ordered wornout parts for my wet grinder, i was contacted through email to double confirm the model and they sent me the right parts. One of my part was damanged and when i mailed them details they send me a replacement part. Kudos to the team i am completely satisfied with their service.

I purchased an appliance from Gandhi Appliances, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing. The original machine I received did not work properly. After I reported the issue, a replacement unit was sent. However, the replacement I received appeared to be used and was already damaged. There were visible signs of wear and damage that did not look like normal shipping-related issues. It appeared that attempts had been made to cover up the condition of the machine before sending it to me. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the damage may have occurred during transit. Based on the condition of the unit, I do not believe that explanation is accurate. Instead of receiving a new, working replacement, I received another machine that was in unacceptable condition. I have spent considerable time dealing with this issue and am extremely frustrated. When customers spend hundreds of dollars on an appliance, they expect a new product that works properly and a replacement that meets the same standard. I am still waiting for Gandhi Appliances to take full responsibility and provide a proper resolution. Until then, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
