Excellent service!! Booked service late night online July 2nd for service on July 3rd as my AC was not working. They promptly responded 1st thing the next morning advising me that they were actually closed for the holiday, however they were able to send out a technician earlier than I requested. Their service tech Ross showed up & went through the whole system & was able to diagnose & repair my AC within an hour. THANK YOU!!

Ross contacted me inquiring about the duct installation project I placed on another website. Ross won me over with his responsive communications and fair quote. He was flexible in his scheduling. I was pleasantly surprised he and his helper arrived on time on the scheduled date with new ducting and registers, when I had planned to reuse the ones I had and previously purchased. He was able to use a different duct interface, when it was determined the original 90 degree duct-wall interface planned would have interfered with the header. He and his helper completed the job within about four hours, including a lunch break. Overall I am pleased with every step in this process, and would recommend them for future work.
