10 out of 10 experience! It was such a pleasant experience to work with Lex! We had an issue with Navien water heater and Lex was able to identify it after throughly checking all possible options to make sure it is not a part of a bigger problem. Then recommended few options an next day the problem was resolved! Additionally he was able to explain the whole problem in such a simple terms so anyone would understand. Highly recommend Astera service to anyone! Really appreciate everything you did for us!

We had Lex M. come out this morning to diagnose an AC issue. He went straight to work and fixed it immediately through process of elimination. Lex was very knowledgeable and explained issues in layman's terms which is great for someone like me who doesn't have a clue about HVAC. He located the wiring issue and called out the issue with the condenser. He quickly rewired and changed the equipment that was defective. Astera has budget friendly price and we will be using them again in the future thanks to Lex! He used shoe protectors while working inside of the house to not track dirt inside which was a nice touch.

He took the time to explain everything to me and recommended steps I could take myself to improve performance of my refrigerator and freezer. Very reasonable charge for diagnostic call.
