Never again got a fridge lasted 4 months lost around 200.00 worth of food and they lacked communication . Been 10 days waiting on a refund thank God we had extra money to buy a new one or we would still be living out of a cooler!!

Enjoyed Conversation. Went to look for a new dryer, as ours did the burn out. Was very nice to talk with Brent about the different makes, models and costs. Brent was very knowledgeable about the appliances and was very helpful. Buy local and buy from Walton's.

We bought our last two mattresses here, bought a queen then upgraded to a King a few years later. There service was great, they even had free local delivery. It doesn't look that big, but they have a large basement, so they actually have a wide range and a great selection to choose from.

Bought a new washer and dryer from waltons not only did I pay to much but thought that was ok cause they probably have excellent customer service boy was I wrong. Washer quit working I called to complain and it took 3 days to come look at it and said should fix it 2 days after they looked at it and here it is 10 days later and they say the part won't be shipped for another 2 days so probably won't fix till following Monday that makes 2 weeks without a washer. Good job waltons your customer service sucks and you have officially lost a life long customer.
