Fantastic experience with Hollywood Furniture! We we're casually shopping for a sectional couch for our living room. Size of room was bit of a challenge for us. Upon walking in to Hollywood we were greeted by very friendly sales person. We explained our challenge and she provided potential options for us. She allowed us the time to look, answered any questions and provided us with information to consider when going back home. Like other consumers, we looked at many other known furniture stores. HOWEVER, what brought us back to Hollywood was the exceptional service, competitive pricing and comfort we felt that our order would be processed smoothly. Much as we thought, placing the order was very thorough and arrival time of furniture was exactly what was stated. Come delivery day, the delivery drivers were on time, friendly and extremely careful with placement of furniture. It's refreshing to find such a GREAT retail store that gives you a "family feeling" that the customer is important and will be taken care of throughout the whole shopping/buying experience!
