Owner was incredible to work with.when the unexpected happen. Champaign appliance outlet upheld there “trusted Intergity”which is as posted “ At the core of our vision lies a commitment to integrity. We aim to foster trust and confidence among our customers by consistently doing what's right, even when no one is watching. Our goal is to be recognized as the epitome of honesty and reliability in the appliance retail industry.” I will be honored to do business with Champaign Appliance Outlet again.

This was by far the second worst sales experience I've had regarding going through a so-called reputable dealer. Very rude, hostility mannered, has the memory of a goldfish and persistently confuses conversations he's had with others upon you then has the audacity to get mad by disrespecting and threatening to refuse to do business with you. Then to top it off, he scams you into agreeing upon a payment plan that wasn't even required. I take full responsibility for my stupidity in signing that payment contract. He definitely used my desperation for a new washer as a means to screw me over. I wouldn't recommend this company by any means.
