Dick Van Dyke Appliance World

After 33 years of service, it was time to replace our trusty old GE refrigerator. We were familiar with Dick Van Dyke’s great selection and dependable service, so we visited their Springfield location. The salesman (Travis, I think?) was easy to work with and answered our questions. We selected a new GE refrigerator and ordered it (with a great price I might add). The refrigerator order arrived sooner than expected, and a delivery date was set quickly. We received texts and emails a day ahead of that to remind us of the appointment. On the day of delivery, We received texts and calls from the delivery team giving us plenty of notice of their arrival. Charles and Kody arrived right on schedule. They worked efficiently to remove the old fridge, measured the opening to be sure the new one fit before bringing it into the house, and then set up the new one. They were very pleasant to work with, answered all our questions, and did a fabulous job setting it up. We love the new fridge and are very happy with the Dick Van Dyke team.

Charles was very detailed oriented and took care of an old doorway and fixtures. He gave good and detailed information. The gentleman assisting Charles was polite and careful. Both men were thorough and efficient. Shawn was GREAT. He answered all of my questions before my purchase and his knowledge assusged my concerns. Many thanks to all.
