Have been going here for years. I have never had any issues with any appliances that I've purchased here. They are always so helpful. They deliver, set up and take away your old one with them.

Miguel is a great guy. Prices are lower than any other competitor. He offers 90 day warranty compared to the others who do not offer more than 30 days.

Got a great deal on a reasonably recent model front load washer and dryer here. Both are still sold in stores, so not that old. Delivery and install was dirt cheap. My W&D still needed some TLC once I got them, but after a good cleaning I'd consider them a steal. I'd definitely do business with them again.

They have a great selection of used appliances at reasonable prices and excellent customer service! Our washer broke a week ago and we weren’t ready to buy a new one so we went to several places in the Aurora area over the weekend to find a decent used one to replace it. This place had the best selection and best prices out of all the ones we visited. The young man that was at their shop was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up buying both a washer and dryer from them, they both run well and are very quiet. They even delivered and installed them for us the very next day, even though it was Sunday! This is my new go to place for good quality used appliances.

Good business for those who can't afford to buy a new appliance in this economy. In cases where the repair will cost more than a used appliance of better quality. They do give a warranty on their used appliances and at times they have some that are fairly new.
