Leonardi Appliance

This is the second time we have purchased an appliance suite here. The staff in the store was very knowledgeable. There was no pressure to make a purchase. Today the installers arrived. They were extremely helpful. I was relocating one of the old appliances and they were willing. It required them to remove the doors and walk the appliance around to my garage. The new suite of appliances looks great. I am so pleased with the overall experience.

We had a great experience with our dryer delivery and pick up. Eric and Kevin were right on time, professional, and incredibly helpful. They even switched the dryer door to a more convenient direction for us, which made a big difference in our space. It’s rare to come across service that’s this smooth and stress free. Really appreciate their efficiency and friendly attitude- highly recommend!

What a great experience! I had a broken dishwasher which wouldn't even turn on, and a dryer that was making a horrible screeching sound. The repair person, who turned out to be the owner of Leonardi's!, He also inform me that their work is guaranteed so if anything else went wrong with either just call them right away and they would come back. He fixed them both in under an hour and charged me $169 for a service call and two repairs. Totally honest, totally reliable. They have a customer for life here and the next time I need an appliance repaired or I need to buy a new appliance, it will definitely be Leonardi's that I turn to.

The Leonardi Appliance shop was great, from the initial appointment set up all the way t the repairs being completed. Karen was the name of the office person that made the appointment for us and Josh was the name of our tech that serviced our appliances, Josh was polite, professional and he communicated the issue to us to make the decision to either complete the repair or to just pay for the service call. I’m glad we decided to complete the repairs with Leonardi Appliance, I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of having their appliances repaired. Thank you again for the great service!
