I bought a new stove and after installation , the guys said it was good to set it on low for a few minutes n then turn it off and then they left . 5 minutes later the stove had burst into flames from cardboard left inside the broiler . My kitchen floor was burned n they didn’t seem concerned . I showed them the cardboard ashes inside the broiler n they played stupid , took that stove back and brought a new one back and I hadn’t tried to use the oven until an hour ago after 3 weeks as I have COPD and the fire put me in bed for over a week … I just now found cardboard inside this broiler as well … I’m posting the story on Facebook n will never buy anything from them again

I had issue with my oven not baking properly, they sent tech out same day(very nice & knowledgeable) got a part following day, tech said if didn’t work I would only pay for service call; however not true. Part did not fix my issue! I can receive credit for part plus tax, for new range; per owner, or they can come back take part out & give me credit for part plus tax. No labor credit either wayI Explained what I had been told; to no avail. Paid full amount, no credit; but learned a lesson —NEVER use this service again nor will I ever recommend.

I was very disappointed in the 30 day warranty. I payed 400 bucks for a used fridge and they said it was guaranteed. I called before the 30 days because the ice maker was not working. They then said they don't cover that when I asked about that in the store before buying it. I was telling everyone how good they was, I won't be now.
