I got a message the night before. I heard from the delivery service in the morning with a tracker so I was able to follow their progress. Communication was excellent. Driver was respectful and competent. The two men worked well together and quickly finished, being careful not to damage anything during the move.

Very good - and very frequent - communication with respect to delivery of our oven. Estimates were a little off, and we didn't get the 30-minutes phone call, but the tracking tool allowed us to see exactly what was going on. Delivery men were very professional.

Our experience was definitely 5 star. Scott Proce was very knowledgeable about the appliance we bought. He helped us choose the right one for us among the many choices available.

Very smooth transaction from the start at the store through the delivery. Grands had anbamoke variety where we didn't have to make a purchase "sight unseen". Great communication throughout the delivery process.
