Since I had heard great things about Fotile products, I decided to go with them to change my range hood. We had an excellent experience with the store owner Andy. He was very knowledgeable and patiently explained the pros and cons of each model. He even came to our house to install it by himself. The entire installation process was handled professionally and with great attention to details. I could tell Andy is a perfectionist. Now we ordered a new range too and can’t wait to get it installed in three weeks. Overall, our experience is outstanding. We highly recommend Andy and Fotile Naperville store.
