We had a problem with our LG washing machine so we contacted Howard Hughes to schedule a service call. The service tech Adam texted me when he was en route for our appointment. Adam examined the washer and explained the likely causes of our issue. He also described the options for repairs. We were very satisfied with the information Adam provided and the results of the service visit.

If I could leave less than one star review, I would. I stopped in to have them look at my washer described exactly what was going on with it, and even described what I thought the issue was. To my house, however I thought they would do at least a minimum effort. They did not. They showed up. Took off three or four screws and tried to sell me for parts. Later on I took my washer apart and discovered that it was plugged, just as I had described to them, and I was able to repair it for myself. I still got stuck with $100 bill less than a minimum amount of effort. I am extremely disappointed!
