We bought a sofa about 1 year ago and are very happy with the sofa and the customer service. When we came back recently to possibly find a coffee table, we 1st checked in the discounted area. We immediately saw a wood table with a marble top, it had no defects, was just a product that they no longer stocked. I did research on the price elsewhere and the discount price was good, but because we said we can take it with us now, the kind salesperson discounted it another $20 and told us we had $19 in credits from our previous purchase. That was a win/win! All good.

RCWilley and especially Jeff V., were fantastic.Jeff found us exactly what we needed and at a fantastic price. Ben, our installer, did a beautifully professional install. This is the guy you want doing the work. He's very skilled and super nice. Needless to say, RC Willey and Ben will be our goto for appliances and home goods.

We recently moved to Idaho & absolutely love this store! So far we have purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer, a dining room table and getting new carpet installed next week. Tracie who helped us with picking out our carpet was wonderful & extremely patient….we had no idea choosing new carpet would be so difficult (they have thousands to choose from)!! 😆 We plan on purchasing several more items along the way, as many of the furniture from our old home doesn’t match/fit our new one. We’ve had the same delivery driver, Riley, every delivery and he’s amazing. He’s extremely helpful, kind & goes above & beyond to make sure he doesn’t damage your home/entryways or the furniture/appliances you just purchased. Actually, he’s so great, I’d like to hire him to come work for our company!
