They were wonderful. It was my microwave over the stove and someone was here the day I called and then got it taken care of wonderful workers. They came in and told me exactly what they were doing. I was really impressed.

I made a call to Deranleaus regarding a Speed Queen washing machine that I wanted to purchase. Kiel answered the phone and was very helpful. He even said they might be able to squeeze me in for delivery if I needed it the same day. We asked Kiel a few questions about my new machine and he was very knowledgeable. The whole transaction was amazingly quick, and Kiel did arrange for delivery of my new machine for the same day, and they also removed my old washing machine. Overall, I was very pleased with the entire purchase from start to finish.
