Bought all new LG kitchen appliances, love the look and how they operate, however, the fridge unit was delivered with a dent in the freezer door, trying to get a replacement for 2 years! You want a review: LG customer service sucks!! MLD Mark Fisher keeps trying to get it replaced but no luck. So here's your rating.

Jon provided the best service anyone could ask for about selecting door hardware for my home. My home is not a new build, but an existing home. This posed more challenge and time for Jon to determine what door hardware would be compatible to the existing cabinets and doors I have. Another great service was Jon's commitment to responding to my requests and providing quotes quickly, sometimes the same day or the next day. And finally, Jon is highly knowledgeable in the details of his products and installation. If you choose to build or remodel your home, I highly recommend you work with Jon at MLD. You will get excellent and timely service.
