We had an EXCELLENT experience at CHF purchasing a washer & dryer. James was very knowledgeable, informative and helpful. There was NO pressure or shady sales tactics. He answered all of questions, gave us the facts and allowed us to make our decision. The whole process was very smooth and easy. My husband and I were looking for new great room furniture and CHF was one of the stores we went and looked at. I had been to two stores the day before and we wanted to see two other stores. When we arrived I approached a sales representative and we introduced ourselves. I explained what we were looking for and she showed us a collection of sofas and love seats in the color we wanted with a variety of price points and styles. The first one she showed us was the one we purchased from her that afternoon. She was not pushy at all. She listened to what we were looking for and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely shop at CHF in the future. Our sales representative was Danielle and I highly recommend her.

Our experience with CHF has been wonderful, just like always! We were warmly greeted by Kisa, and impressed by her thoughtful, professionalism. She knows the inventory and lead us right to what we were looking for a chair and sofa. Not necessarily a set. She offered advice on staging with different pillows and listened to our ideas and thoughts. Great employee CHF.
