I had a fantastic experience here. I had been told by a large furniture store that a white speed queen laundry set was not available I wouldn’t find one in the “whole valley”. Well, yes, I did, at Rostock’s! Preston was knowledgeable and professional, delivery was speedy and professional. I’m so happy that a friend told me about Rostock’s—go ahead and skip those big box stores and give this local, family owned business a try!

This review is long overdue! We actually thought that we had already done one. We "highly" recommend Rostock for all your furniture and appliance needs. Marta and Jim, the owners, and their staff provide "excellent" customer service. We are new to Idaho, and when we searched for Speed Queen washer and dryers they came up as a Platinum/authorized dealer. It all started when we went in to talk with them about a date we would like to have them delivered, and it was all uphill from there. We not only purchased the washer and dryer, but we also bought furniture, and pictures. They always make you feel like family when you walk in the door. They genuinely care about your experience and satisfaction with their products and services!!!

We had a great experience shopping at Rostock. Marta was a great help. She made sure we would be happy with our purchase when we got it home, and we are! The delivery was seamless and timely. The delivery guys were great. They made sure everything was in perfect order before they left. We could not be happier with this experience.

We had a great experience with Our sales person Tami working closely with us to understand what we wanted and making sure we got it. We found a beautiful couch that fit my short stature perfectly and ordered 2 chairs with the perfect fabric to accentuate it. The delivery people showed up as promised with the couch and made sure everything was the way we wanted it before they left. Can’t wait to get the new chairs.

This is my second purchase from Rostock and can’t express how happy and appreciative I am of this company! Purchased a King size bed set for myself and I’m so glad I did from them. They worked with me and my work schedule for the delivery and the day of the arrived EARLY. Not only did the men help me move my existing frame to our barn for storage, everything was set up and ready to go in about 20-25 mins. Thank you!
