I wish I could give zero stars. We have reached out 10-12 times and always get the "let me check my schedule & I will get back to you" line. This has been over a 2 1/2 month period. If your needing an appliance looked at or repaired, I wouldn't waste your time.

Horrible service and communication!! Started Feb 28 when we needed refrigerator repair. They replaced two sets of tubing twice ( thinking the new one was faulty). When that didn’t work, he said he was dumbfounded and would call Whirlpool. Haven't heard a word from them since mid April. They dropped us like a rock. I was patient with them and we still got burned. I would never ever recommend them for anything!!!!!

Sadly, Google found my call to Henderson’s because it has been 4 weeks without my dishwasher. And due to a vacation there will be no repair this week either. They seem competent yet slow. Gave them 4 stars in hopes they see this, want the 5 and find a qualified tech to finish the job early this week. (Parts are available and ship quickly so that’s not the delay.)

Great service. Always courteous and always quick when a repair is needed. I recently purchased a new gas range from Henderson and am very happy with all aspects of the process, from selecting the range to installation.
