I purchased a Thor 48” cooktop from this store and the owner said he would send me the correct kit to work for the gas type at our property. I have called and emailed and nothing… it’s surely not an expensive part… and at this point I will have to source on my own. Ryan is not a man of his word. I would not do business with them. Unfortunately I have to leave a poor review because I can’t even get anyone from Central Appliances to return my call or email.

I recently purchased two new appliances from Central Appliance West, and everything about my experience deserves five stars. First, when shopping I felt like I was the focus of Jason’s attention. He listened to all of my requests and concerns and gave his expert opinion. It wasn’t easy for me to decide, because I have a mid century kitchen that has a couple of challenges that impacted my selections. The prices were much more competitive than others, including the big box stores. Central Appliances provided delivery, consultation, and follow-up. They made no promises that were not kept. They are a local, family-owned business, which matters a great deal to me. I will definitely buy my next appliances there, and I highly recommend that others do the same.

If you are looking for an appliance highly recommend shopping elsewhere. I have contacted them by phone over 20 times to get an issue resolved and have been ignored over and over again. The sales associate (Alex) was very happy to help me when I was purchasing appliances. After the purchase Home Solutions by Central Appliances does not care about you or the customer experience. I usually do not leave negative reviews, but be aware once you purchase the sale is final and you are no longer important to Home Solutions by Central Appliances. I will never recommend this place of business to anyone and I will never purchase from them again. BE AWARE! Your $ will be valued and respected else where. Worst customer service I have ever received.
