I will never go here again. After lots of research, shopping used and new online and stopping into several stores, I landed on Appliance Professionals. I bought a washer and dryer set. They only drop off in the driveway, so my sister and friend loaded them upstairs. Within 33 days the dryer was making the most atrocious screaming sound. I couldn’t keep it on at all. It also smelled hot and didn’t dry well. This Maytag was nothing like my old Samsung I should have kept- the dryer lint is useless and catches nothing. You can’t reach anything down low to vacuum the bottom out well. With the 60 day warranty, they’ll fix it, but you have to haul it there! Like it’s a toaster. This is insane to me. So, we loaded the heavy dryer down my stairs, into a truck and drove out there. Less than friendly staff with no greeting. “Fixed” it in under ten minutes, we haul it back into the truck and back up my stairs to reconnect it. Still smells hot and doesn’t dry well, but what do I do, haul it back? Within 30 more days it set off EVERY smoke detector in my house. I thought it was going to burn down my house. I’m so grateful I was still home and hadn’t left for work yet with my kid and dogs home. I’ve cleaned the lint trap every use- which again- useless. Vacuumed as much as possible with a Rainbow and extender, tried another vacuum, pulled the dryer out and checked the vent, which was clear. Still smells awful and doesn’t dry well and I’m *just* passed warranty. Now I am again, unable to do laundry and have to buy new. This experience has burnt me (pun not intended) on buying from this establishment or any used appliance.
