Purchased a new GE Top Load Washer with advice from Derek. Derek was able to quickly give me options for different styles and price points. With his recommendation we were able to make the selection and schedule delivery for the washer the same day! Mom could not be more happy with the speed of delivery and haul away.

After a horrendous experience with another company *cough (Lowe’s), Coastal Appliance Co. truly came to the rescue. This turned out to be the best experience I’ve ever had with any company. The day I called in a panic, hoping they might have a non-ventilated washer and dryer, they didn’t hesitate, they offered next-day delivery. That kind of responsiveness is rare. A HUGE mahalo to John Medrano for consistently getting back to me so quickly and making sure we had a washer and dryer ASAP. And a BIG mahalo to the delivery team, Noah and George they handled the installation flawlessly and brought such great ALOHA to the whole experience. They also spoke very highly of their team and owner Rebecca there at Coastal Appliances. In my opinion, that says ALOT! Honestly, I’d give them 10/10 stars if I could. Definitely learned my lesson, support local whenever you can! 100% I will always always choose to shop here first! Mahalo again!!!!!
