Bought a warranty washer does not work and for 3 months we call and leave messages and no response ever.. they are scammers.. washer worked 8 times then will not spin.. answer my wife's calls honor the warranty!

Purchased a stackable washer and dryer on wednesday last week, had it hooked up on Sunday and by Monday there was water coming out of the floor in the apartment i just moved into by Monday evening. Had a plumber come in and tell me the washer had a constant leak from the bottom and now the flooring and wall will need to be replaced. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Doesnt stand by their warranty. Wife called yesterday and the man was extremely rude to her. We bought 3 appliances from them, and need assistance with 1. Won't come service it because they didn't deliver it. Now they want to charge $85 to come look at it. Or, I can conveniently take all of the food out of my refrigerator, and let them keep it for an unknown amount of time. If you want to be ripped off, choose coastal appliances!

Used appliances. A bit pricey for used, but financing is available and was a huge help to us on a budget when our washer broke. Ross was a great help, very friendly and knowledgeable. Very fast transaction after the application was approved via text.
