started with a man name Josh who left got fired or whatever ….. I ordered custom windows that NO ONE took over his orders after he left and they threw me 2.5 weeks behind with scheduled crews for siding trim & sheet rock and other things because we were waiting for windows that were just in the warehouse waiting for pick up….. I called and called thankfully I ended up 3 people later FINALLY WITH a sweet woman who made it right but a 2 hour drive each way and kept telling me to come back blah blah it all worked out and pricing is GREAT but terrible organization & customer response. I shouldn’t have to argue about anything when the receipt shows not picked up custom order blah blah and no follow up. Aside from that it’s a pretty cool store, just stay on top of them if you custom order anything or you won’t get it but they’ll take your money before ordering it.

We wanted to share our wonderful experience with your business. Our project is small but the customer service we received from Sebrina was HUGE! She was professional and timely with every response to every question. We purchased cabinets, flooring, fixtures, and a sink faster than we could have at a big box store. Sebrina's kitchen cabinet design helped make other choices easy and quick which has helped make my mom's cottage construction a stress-free process. Thank you Sebrina!
