Horrible experience with rude saleswoman and poor store policies. They had the fridge we were eyeing online, but the price was not that great since the discount is on the original price and not the current sale price. It was more than at local scratch and dent store. But then I saw a great fridge I loved that had a good price (since not on sale at store). I spoke with a woman at the register. She told me the fridge would not be able to be delivered since it (as the case with most standard refrigerators) will not fit through standard size front door. They will not remove the fridge doors like Home Depot, Costco, Best Buy, and Brand Smart all do. We mentioned we have french back doors but she said they will not deliver through glass doors. These policies are ridiculous but her delivery made the information insulting. She also told us there is no guarantee the fridge would work and if it doesn't we only have 48 to schedule a pickup return but we would not be refunded the delivery charge if that happens. She was treating us like she did not want our buisness. The only reason that makes sense is that we were 2 women. I have never had someone make it so hard to spend thousands of dollars. We left with our money still in our pockets. Will spend our money somewhere else.
