I’m really apprehensive about doing reviews on small businesses that are not favorable but I feel It’s only right after my experience to let others know to just be cautious when purchasing used appliances from this business. Initially they delivered and installed equipment that belonged to another customer returned removed and reinstalled the correct equipment. After first use that same day my entire laundry room was flooded from water pouring out the bottom of the washer. The water ran all the way through my entire garage and out of the front of the house. They returned removed the washer insisting they had to take it to the shop to complete repairs. They later returned it. The same thing continued to happen just not as much water as before but still a substantial amount leaking. I called left several messages. No return call. I ended up stopping at the location on my was home from work. Spoke with the lady who sold the items to my husband she insist she would send someone out. A few days later they came out and insist that it was just some water from the initial re install nothing more. Her we are almost a month from original purchase date and STILL water coming out of the bottom of the washer every time I use it . There is only a 30 day warranty on repairs. So in guess it is what it is at this point. None of the messages have been retuned. Also there is a 3.5%service charge added to none cash invoices.UPDATE : The leaking from the washer continued. The dryer then started giving off the smell of an electrical fire all through out my home and just cut off. I then realized there was no vent hose connected upon installation the dryer was pushed against the outside vent duct. I purchased a hose and clamps installed and the fire smell continued until the dryer cut off again and would not restart. They did answer the call this time came out and attempted to tell me it was the breaker that tripped the dryer. Why is it the only thing that cut off then and how can you explain the fire smell? They then agreed after the dryer was back running for less than 3 mins they could smell the electrical fire smell and insist they would need to swap out both after speaking to the owner. They returned the next day 👍 and removed and replaced both. Now I have a washer that is still leaking but now a dryer that takes an entire day and 8+ cycles to dry one load. I’m exhausted but this has to be resolved. I just want to be transparent about my situation dealing with this company UPDATE: 8 months later the washer stopped spinning. I attempted to reset the machine but because the starter/lid switch was jimmy rigged and removed I couldn’t and the motor coupling was missing. I went back to them to get them to repair and they charged me “ only $60” to come out to repair. Once they looked at it they said the motor coupling was bad and deteriorated and needed to be replaced. That was an additional $70. In all we spent $180 on the washer $360 in total with the dryer +delivery fee to also pay $130 for repair of the washer. Also once they repaired the motor coupling the washer no longer leaks like it has this entire time. I feel like I was sold a machine that was rigged to work temporarily to get more money on the back end. And the dryer still needs multiple cycles to dry each load.

I bought a washer and dryer not even a week after; I have to return them and I cancel payment and then I found out that this lady still told Capital One that I still have the problem washer and dryer set . Please don’t use your cards at this business.

Great selection of used appliances. The staff was very friendly and well knowledgeble and the prices are competitave. Good place to shop for first timers and to redcorate or replace older models.
