The motor in our 8yr old washing machine went out and repairing wasn't an option. Doug's Appliance came to the rescue. I called Doug to see if he had any insight or could provide assistance. He told me of a new washer and some repaired units he had in his store/shop for options as I was in a time crunch situation. While he was on a job, he took a few minutes to send me pictures of the units. 30 minutes before he was to close his shop, I met him there. He got me setup with the used washer one of the washers and said I had a 30 day warranty. The next morning, early, I finished the last load and noticed the washer didn't spin. I checked it and found the drum would not spin although the motor was working. I contacted Doug, and we set up a time for him to come to my house and fix the issue within 24 hours. Doug got the issue corrected in a matter of minutes and helped me get the unit back in the house at no cost. It is rare you have someone dealing in used/repaired equipment that will offer a warranty, and honor that warranty, much less show up at your house to fix the problem. Great customer service/appreciation, great attitude, and will go that extra mile for a customer.

Excellent service! Doug went above and beyond. My new gas cooktop was slightly too large for the kitchen’s granite countertop, requiring adjustments. He generously returned the next day with his tools and cut the granite at no extra cost. Truly outstanding customer care!
