Big Saving Appliances

What a wonderful experience using Big Savings Applaonces! I was looking for a specific size freezer and the day I popped in, they informed me they didn’t have one that day but they get inventory in all the time, so they took my number and a few days later, the exact freezer I was looking to get at HD, they got! They sent pics and price and it was exactly what we needed with significant savings off list price. Including the manufacturer warranty! On top of that, they set up delivery same day and they truly went above and beyond to make sure we got the freezer! Great price, great service! It was out of the box but worked perfectly. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend!!

I almost never leave Google reviews, but this place absolutely deserves one. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The owner was warm, patient, and incredibly helpful. She listened to what I needed, explained the different options clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Shopping for appliances can be stressful, but she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The prices were fair, the selection was great, and the customer service was even better. It’s refreshing to find a local business where you can tell the owner truly cares about her customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store to anyone, and I’ll definitely be back in the future.

They helped me find the perfect appliance at a great price, and the entire buying process was smooth and hassle-free. The delivery was on time, and everything arrived in perfect condition. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind the products they sell. I highly recommend this appliance store to anyone looking for quality appliances and outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future appliance needs!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience buying my refrigerator and washer/dryer from this store. The prices were unbeatable, and I saved a lot compared to buying from the big retail chains. The sales team was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find the perfect appliances for my home. Their customer service truly went above and beyond. Even though the appliances are open-box, they are brand new and come with the original manufacturer’s warranty, which gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase. What impressed me even more is that if I ever need warranty service, the store doesn’t just leave you to deal with the manufacturer on your own. They will help contact the manufacturer, communicate on your behalf, and make sure any issues are taken care of. Knowing they stand behind their customers even after the sale gives me real peace of mind. This is the kind of business that truly cares about its customers. Great prices, excellent service, and outstanding after-sales support. I will definitely recommend this store to my family and friends, and I’ll be coming back for future appliance purchases!
