I cannot say enough wonderful things about Keith and Troy from Sewell Appliance. Keith came to my home to correct the installation of my brand-new dishwasher, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Keith was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He quickly identified the issues with the original installation and took the time to ensure everything was installed properly and functioning perfectly. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right gave me complete confidence that my new dishwasher was finally installed the way it should have been from the beginning. Troy was also fantastic and provided excellent support throughout the process. Together, they demonstrated exceptional customer service, professionalism, and genuine care for their work and their customers. It's refreshing to encounter technicians who take such pride in delivering quality service and making sure the customer is completely satisfied. I truly appreciate their expertise, courtesy, and dedication. If you need appliance service, I highly recommend Sewell Appliance, especially Keith and Troy. They turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience, and I am extremely grateful for their outstanding work.

We recently moved to the Marietta area and needed a lot of major appliances. Sewell had very competitive prices and a great selection, and Daryl guided me through the entire process. He made great recommendations and set up all installations. He was amazing to work with, and having Daryl to rely on made me want to buy every appliance from Sewell, which we did. I highly recommend Sewell Appliance for any appliance needs. They are a terrific company.

Sewell was great for a timely installation of my integrated Bosch dishwasher! Even though initially there was a problem with the fit, Sewell promptly sent their expert crew of Harold and Wolter to investigate and successfully implement a plan to get my dishwasher fully placed and custom panel installed and they really went the extra mile to make that happen! They were very friendly and they were diligent to see the project through! Furthermore, Bonnie in the sales office was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end! I would highly recommend Sewell for all of your appliance needs.

remodeled my kitchen and wanted to go with the best appliances I could afford. I visited the Subzero showroom in Alpharetta and selected a refrigerator, range and vent hood. The representative there referred me to me to a contact at Sewell Appliances in Sandy Springs to make the purchases. I was shown nothing but patience and kindness until I purchased over 35k in appliances. That’s where the exceptional customer service ended. The representative that I worked with never sent the specs for the items I purchased and definitely never pointed out the different nuances that had to be accounted for with the items I purchased. For example the plug for the refrigerator had to be at the top right hand corner of the wall to successfully install. Nevertheless, on the day of delivery, the young men walked in and started pointing out a host of items that had to be corrected before installing. They told me this happens all the time and that I was the third unsuccessful installation for them that day. I’m not surprised when no one has taken the time to detail these items to the consumer. We made the adjustments and rescheduled installation. The second pair of Sewell workers came and installed everything and just packed up and left while I was still in my bedroom. I came out to find that plastic was still covering the entire front of the refrigerator . I turned on the propane range and none of the burners worked so that told me they didn’t even see if the appliances were working. I’m thoroughly disappointed and shocked with the subpar customer service receptor this company and will never purchase subzero, wolf or coven products from them again.

I set up an appointment yesterday to meet with a representative today at Sewell at 12:45 PM. When I arrived promptly at 12:45, the represetnative had decided to take a walk-in around the showroom instead of meeting with my wife and me. She did this without any explanation, acknowledgment that we had walked in on time, or saying *anything* to us. Instead, we got the young man who was sitting at the reception desk telling us about appliances about which we had ALREADY DONE OUR HOMEWORK. He was only interested in talking about Wolf/Subzero appliances--even though I mentioned a multitude of other brands in which we had interest--when we were interested in talking about buildout logistics and specific appliances in specific locations in our house. Put simply, I came to Sewell today ready to spend significant money on new appliances. I left spending $0 since the person with whom I had a consultation scheduled felt that someone wandering in off the street was more important than her set appointment. It's a shame too--I was hoping to support what I believed was a locally owned store that prioritized service. What I got was ignored. EDIT: the staff at Sewell reached out to me after I posted this. I went back and gave them another chance. Different people -- Jake and David -- were fantastic to work with, so we purchased from them. Changed my review to 4 stars because there was still a problem but it was made right.
