I knew what I wanted so unordered over the phone. Which was fine. But then when I had a question about delivery their service was so poor. This is a high end appliance ordered. I expected better. Wait times on call was very long. I tried the call-back option but it didn’t work. So O waited in hold for a long time. And then the rep was quite rude. I asked him to talk slower so I could understand better and he got very grumpy. I do not think I was rude. He really hurt my feelings by making me seem stupid. I had a simple question about their process that could have been answered so easily and he turned it into a very negative interaction.

When I ordered some appliances from AJ Madison, I was led to believe that I was purchasing from a great supplier and will be taken care of. The small-shop feel was there, compared to the big box stores. I was assured that I was getting the best price and the best service. The day after I placed my deposit, the same appliances were found (over $1,000) cheaper at Home Depot and Lowes. I called AJ Madison multiple times, called my sales rep, went to the store, you name it. I wasted literally hours and hours with them to try to get the price match to work and I kept getting strung on. I never got my price match. Then delivery day came. The appliances were delayed multiple times. When they finally came, the delivery people dropped them 10ft off the truck onto my driveway, breaking both the washer and dryer as well as cracking the driveway. They asked me if I want to accept the machines because "they should still run fine" — and the entire front control panel was hanging off. I am thankful AJ Madison support finally gave me a refund, but it was a very stressful process throughout.

I worked directly with Jeff, and he was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and understood the importance of timelines and specifications when coordinating for a client project. That level of support makes a big difference on the design side. The ordering process was smooth, and the pricing is competitive compared to other vendors I’ve used. The only area that could use some improvement is communication around delivery timelines, especially when coordinating with construction schedules. Overall, I would absolutely continue working with Jeff and AJ Madison for future projects. It’s a reliable resource for designers looking for variety, value, and knowledgeable support.

This was the best place to be able to see and compare many brands in one place. Thermador, Viking, JennAir, AGA, Bosch, Miele, Wolf and more. Even some brands I had not heard of before. Karen Bove, our sales associate was very knowledgeable of the products and able to answer our questions on various model comparisons. We decided on the Wolf Dual Fuel Range, which was in stock so our only delay to install was selling our current range, getting a new 240v/30amp line installed as well as having a plumber to tweak placement of gas line to meet specifications. Beautiful Installations did their delivery/installation and will uninstall/remove previous range, if needed. I was able to sell my previous range and the buyer paid to uninstall and pickup the old one. From purchase to install was 10 days. We are very pleased.
