How can the same store wrong me twice? Several months ago, I went into the furniture store looking for another full-size bed. They didn't have the bed on the showroom floor that I purchased to see what it looked like. I was told it was just like the Charlie blue bed. That was a LIE. They need to close the Wrightsboro Road Store down. I called the store on 7/17/2026 after 5:00 pm. I stated I needed to talk with the store manager because I have an emergency. I stated my brother's bed just COLLAPSED with him being in it. I stated my brother has no bed to sleep in tonight. My brother could have had a heart attack because when he hit the floor in the bed, it SCARED him. I didn't get a call from the store at all. I guess an emergency doesn't matter to you all. I had to wait over six weeks for his box spring to come in. They brought one twin-size board to support a FULL-size bed for six weeks. I had to call the store to see what was going on. I told them that because he only had one TWIN-SIZE BOARD, the left side was not the same as the other side. You know that bed was not for him. He came into the furniture store with me. You just lied to us. Why sell that cheap furniture to us?

I hate having to leave a review like this because everything started out great, but it has turned into an absolute nightmare. From the very beginning, the recliner I purchased has been broken. I reported the issue immediately and was told that a repair technician would call me to schedule a service appointment. That call never came. Several weeks later, I received a phone call saying they had the base for my recliner and wanted to get it repaired. I explained that no repair technician had ever contacted me to come inspect or service the chair. I was then told that the technician had called, which simply is not true. It has now been a year, and I still have a broken recliner. I have contacted them multiple times about this issue, and after every conversation, it's been nothing but crickets. No repair, no replacement, no resolution. Because I stopped making payments on a chair that has been defective since day one, they have started borderline harassing both me and my mother. They repeatedly call my phone back to back. One person calls, hangs up, then someone else calls immediately afterward. The loan isn't even in my name, yet they continue calling me. Today was the final straw. Someone from the company showed up at my house unannounced, stood outside, and proceeded to write down the license plate numbers of every vehicle in my driveway. I would like to know why this was necessary and what purpose it served. I understand withholding payment isn't the ideal way to handle a situation, but I have done everything I can to get this resolved. I have reported the broken recliner multiple times over the past year and have been ignored. I am not going to continue paying for furniture that has been broken since the day I received it. Fix the recliner or replace it, and I will gladly continue making payments. Until then, I cannot recommend doing business with a company that ignores legitimate warranty issues while aggressively pursuing payment for a defective product.

Nice furniture store with a pretty good selection. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing I could say that could be better was they need to plug in all of their electric furniture. We went there to exclusively check out recliners and living room sets with reclining sections. The staff had to hint for an extension cord to plug in several of the items we wanted to check. All of thr sets had plugs near then, but nothing to plug into them. We only found maybe 3 or4 items that were already connected.

Had to come back several times for the bed. When I finally got the parts/slats for the bed, I was given supports that didn’t work for the bed itself. After being told I had to order an additional part for another $150, I ended up finding a cheaper alternative. After paying $2200 for the bedroom set, one would assume all the necessary parts were included

Paulette is GREAT!!!!! I relocated from California to Augusta with nothing . I started calling around looking for furniture companies prior to me coming. Paulette followed up with me remembering my move date to invite me to come see her. She will be assisting me furnish my other home once built. The other associates were nice as well. I had a beautiful experience.
