I was referred to Kelley’s by a co-worker, and I’m so glad I came. From the moment we walked through the door, we were warmly greeted. The store was quite busy, but we didn’t mind because it gave us time to look around.
Shortly afterward, we were assisted by Airese, and I can honestly say she was the definition of product knowledge and exceptional customer service. Once we explained our needs, she effortlessly guided us through the options, clearly explaining what we should purchase and why. I was truly impressed by her professionalism, expertise, and ability to make the entire process easy to understand.
In today’s world, it’s a bonus to find someone who possesses either great customer service or extensive product knowledge, but Airese had both. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful.
What stood out even more was that I observed the same qualities in the other sales associates throughout the store. That says a lot about a company and the culture it creates for its employees. It’s clear that Kelley’s values its team and invests in providing excellent customer service.
