I had a delivery today from BrandsMart in Doraville, and although I didn’t get the guys’ names, one was Caucasian and one was African-American. They were both very professional. I didn’t get to interact with them much because I was working, but they came in, set everything up quickly and professionally, and did an excellent job. I had a great experience with Tashrifa at BrandsMart USA. I went in looking to buy two Bose QuietComfort headphones using my BrandsMart card with the 6 month financing option. I originally wanted the black and grey colors, but during checkout Tashrifa noticed that the black headphones did not qualify for the 6 month financing. She immediately helped me choose a different color so I could still get the financing I wanted. I really appreciated her honesty, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
