First of all, I have to say I really don’t like saying bad things about people. And I am going to say a nice thing to start with by saying that they really helped me out by delivering my appliance. So here is my story. I know it’s late coming and I have thought about writing this review so many times And tonight I burnt a cake and I said enough. The day before Thanksgiving 2024 My stove died my oven went out. I could not get anybody to come and fix it without charging me a fortune. So I started calling around for used stoves. I got a hold of the gentleman from CJ’s told him what I was looking for which was a glass top and he told me that they had a couple of them at the store, but he was not at the store at the time. He said that he would not be there, but his wife would so my grandson and I went to the store in Stark, which is about 45 minutes away from where I live. When we got to the store the price on the stove was higher than what the gentleman had quoted me. I made mention of it, and his wife advised me that he had made a mistake that this was what the price was and it wasn’t a bad price so I agreed to it. She told me that her husband would be able to bring the stove to my house later that afternoon. We waited and waited. He finally got here at about 8:30 PM. He did hook it up for us which we appreciated. We had already moved the old stove so there wasn’t an issue with that. We clean the stove up disinfected it did everything we could to sanitize it. The next morning Thanksgiving morning we got up early. We were getting ready to put our turkey in the oven and start our cooking for Thanksgiving dinner turn the stove on turn the oven on and low and behold roaches started coming out of the back of the stove. I was thoroughly disgusted. We had our dinner we had to cook. So we pulled the stove out. We sprayed everything in the back of the stove. We we took the drawer from the bottom of the stove and sprayed everything under there, and we waited and watched. Several roaches appeared, but they all came from the back of the stove and they were falling like flies as they would say. We still had our dinner to cook so we sanitized and sterilized The stove again. Once we started cooking, we realized that the front single large burner only has one temperature and that is high. Anyway, I could go on, but I won’t. I’m sure you’re tired of reading by now moral of the story. I do not recommend these people. I do not recommend their store. I do not recommend their products. Oh and that Saturday I went and bought a new stove. The only reason I gave them two stars was because they did deliver it at 8:30 at Night the night before Thanksgiving

They sold me a “new refrigerator just out of the box” that “had only one dent in the back of the unit”. They refused to remove the plastic wrap covering the refrigerator and when I discovered what may have been another scratch on the front and asked about it “No ma’am that’s just on the plastic wrap” Yet still they wouldn’t remove the plastic wrap so that we could determine that this was, in fact, true. I believed them. If you’re not happy with this in any way just let us know! “See, everything is still in plastic wrap on the inside!” I don’t live locally, instead live approximately 20 miles outside of Srarke, but I believed them to be honest. I paid $1300 for that “new” refrigerator. When they got to my house and started to remove the plastic wrap the scratch I pointed out earlier that was “just in the plastic” turned out to be a large dent and scratch encompassing the entire right side of the refrigerator and the “new” refrigerator turns out to be manufactured in 2019 in Mexico!! This refrigerator is missing struts to suspend the drawers, and the cover that goes at the base, and instead of being a standard size as they told me, it is a counter-depth size! “That’s OK Ma’am we can just pull it out so it looks the same size as your old fridge!” “You’ll never notice the difference once you get used to it!” Then when they were supposed to pick the unit up and refund my money, they came out to my home and left a note on the door saying “We were here and we’re not coming back. Now you have to bring the “Fride” to the shop! WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!” I have three large dogs who would have barked had they rang the doorbell or knocked and I called 3 times worried that something had happened to them and drove the route they would have taken to be sure they weren’t in an accident before I saw their arrogant note left on my front door because they were too lazy to pick up the refrigerator and too greedy to issue the refund. These people are disreputable and dishonest. Honest merchants do not need to make a profit by deceiving customers, or by soliciting other business when they come to your home. “You know I pressure wash and could pressure wash this for you.” “You know I could lay that tile for you. I lay tile.”’ “ You know I paint and I could paint this for you.” Honest merchants do not lie to customers “This is a brand new refrigerator on a refrigerator that is labeled as built in 2019 in Mexico.”
