Very sweet older guy that really knows his business. Parts available for every brand out there. We paid five bucks even for a Kirby belt to a 20 year old Kirby Vacuume cleaner. They were open earlier than posted hours on door which was really great.

I was so impressed with the service at 4-D. Roland couldn’t fix the head of my vacuum, but was able to find a replacement head for a very fair price. He is quite a character - and I loved hearing the stories about his life, wife, and kids. If you use their services, be sure to build in some extra time to enjoy the full experience. I came in with my vacuum and the problem was identified in 2 minutes and easily fixed. Cost my $20 to not have replace my expensive Shark vac. And the owner was super nice.

Not only was the pricing super cheap, but the guy that runs the place has a great sense of humor and treats you with respect. A true throw back to the days when family owned businesses were the way to go. Plus it helps that he saved me from replacing a brand new vacuum and only charged me $9! Great experience!!
