John's Appliance & Bedding

We have always used John’s Appliances for all of our appliances. They are helpful and very knowledgeable about the appliances that would be appropriate for our needs. Our home has flooded twice in the past few years and we have needed all new appliances both times. Recently, we have had problems with both our washing machine and dryer. My husband called John’s and they immediately sent over Hugo Soto, a technician, to take a look at them. Hugo was very punctual and professional. He immediately got to work looking at both units, and he diagnosed the problems. He gave great recommendations for us, and he fixed the issues with ease. It was truly a pleasure working with Hugo. Thank you Hugo for your exceptional work!

Two guys went above and beyond for us with John’s Appliances. LIttle John was an excellent salesman and even later answered text questions I had! Great Job. And then CARLOS H! Carlos was fast and efficient and polite. And then when we had some technical difficulties he didn’t leave me stranded …. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to figure out what the problem with and not just tell me to call service. He did amazing and FIXED the problem by his own problem solving. WAY TO GO CARLOS!!!!!!! Highly recommend!!! Will continue to shop at John’s Appliance City.

We are so glad we went to John's Appliances in Daytona Beach because we found the best LG washer, dryer, and range to fit our needs. Jonathan (aka Little John) was helpful, friendly, and patient, answering all of our questions and concerns. Delivery and installation by Taylor and Zachary could not have gone smoother. They were very pleasant, polite, and efficient. Also, John at the office was instrumental in getting the delivery date set to fit our schedule. The whole experience was positive. Kelsey and John (The OG) helped us pick out the appliances for our entire home in the Bahamas. My Cafe 36” gas stove is the best one I’ve ever owned. Love my Frigidaire freezer and fridge combo, the cafe dishwasher is the quietest I have ever owned. They made great recommendations and I’m truly loving each one of their picks.

Bought my new scratch and dent washer and dryer here. I knew what I wanted so it was an easy find and buy, I was give an extra $25 off which was great. We picked up on our own the next day and it was easy and smooth pick up. If you need a new appliance this is your place. 3rd washer I’ve gotten from them and they last the 5-7 years they are designed to last now.
