Jetson TV & Appliance - Port St. Lucie

Joe from Jetson TV & Appliance provided outstanding service. He was very pleasant, friendly, and professional throughout the entire visit. I was having difficulty operating my new electronic washing machine, and Joe patiently showed me how everything worked. He explained all of the features clearly, answered all of my questions calmly and respectfully, and made sure I understood how to use the machine properly. Joe was knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely professional. I truly appreciate the time he dedicated to helping me and his positive attitude. He left a wonderful impression, and I am very grateful for his excellent customer service. Jetson TV & Appliance is fortunate to have such a dedicated and professional technician on their team. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone needing service.

If I could give a lower rating, I would. The worst!!!! I purchased a stove and a refrigerator. They delivered the stove that was fine but the delivery men talked me out of the refrigerator because it was to big, which was wrong!!!!!! They didn't want to carry the frig. up the stairs! So then I go back to Jetson's and purchased a floor model refrigerator that was smaller. I took photos of the floor model and it was in good condition. When it was delivered there were dents, gauges and the back of the refrigerator was crushed in and the frig. would only work on the coldest setting, so hopefully they are going to deliver a new one with no dents and problems. This is the worst part!!!!!!!!! The price difference between the lower end frig and the one that was never delivered, I was getting a refund for approximately $1,300.00. They told me it would be 5 to 10 business days. I waited and waited all 10 days and they never refunded me!!! It's pretty bad stuff. Now I'm disputing the refund with my credit card company and I'm hoping I get refunded soon. The sales person (Mason) called the accounting dept yesterday for the refund and told me I would be refunded yesterday or today and it didn't happen. I'm not very happy with Jetson's. It's been extremely stressful to have to deal with all this unprofessionalism and not caring about their customers. Think twice before you purchase here. It's a terrible experience.

New Jetson's customer for life! I called Jetson's on a Wednesday after completing my online research and selecting a new washer. Quick & friendly purchase process by phone with Chuck, who cheerfully matched the lowest competitor's price I had found (actually beat it by a few dollars!). He also arranged for delivery/install the very next morning. Delivery & install was courteous, neat and seamless. Installer, Ali, also took the time to switch out the water hoses to the type I prefer before leveling the washer and demonstrating its basic functions. This first experience with Jetson's is why they will now be the first call I make for all my appliance needs!
