If I could give a zero to this place I would. I've been in here probably 10 times every time. Awful people are rude. Service is HORRIBLE! They look at you like your foreheads. It's crazy. I would not recommend this place! The short Asian lady RUDE, The folks on the floor act like you are bothering them when you ask for something and send you to the isle to treasure hunt the item. I stood and asked for help from MULTIPLE associates doing NOTHING, to sharpen my knife, he literally rolled his eyes and obliged!! I'll drive to a location out of my way before I come back here!

I would like to recognize Gunny at Ace Hardware for his outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect wood stain to match our table. What could have been a difficult and time-consuming process became much easier thanks to his knowledge, patience, and attention to detail. Gunny took the time to understand exactly what we were trying to achieve and guided us through the available options until we found the right match.
