Then he returned the following day with the parts, installed them, problem fixed. I'd highly recommend them. Very responsive, arrived at the time slot provided.

Tony was so easy to work with in finding just the right refrigerator for my mom, instead of repairing her old one, that would cost more than the one we got new. We are blessed to have six kids and thirteen grandkids spread all over the country who love to visit us in Florida! And, I confess, (even though our washer and dryer have so faithfully and uncomplainingly kept up with all those beach towels and sheets year after year!), it had been waaaay too long since I had remembered to set up an appointment to have them serviced. So it was really no surprise when, recently, my poor washer began “acting up” with minor issues; and my pooped dryer had actually stopped drying all together. Jim was exceptionally patient, thorough and knowledgeable — meticulously troubleshooting each to access the issues, then repairing the problems to get both working “happily up-to-snuff” again. Jim also then took the time to explain to me maintenance tips I could do every six months to help keep the appliances performing well myself, and he gave me practical advice on laundry loads, detergent levels, etc., that I hadn’t been aware of. And, in addition to his cleaning the dryer vent from the inside up to the roof today, Jim also scheduled a technician to clean the roof’s lint vent lid tomorrow — to not only prevent fire hazards, but to extend the life of the appliance. All in all, it was a very pleasant and timely repair, and I’ve added an “annual reminder” message on my calendar to call Bruno’s every May for my routine service call! They’re family-owned, honest, and genuinely just really, really nice experts! And they do excellent work — absolutely my go-to-recommendation for appliance repair!

Bruno's Appliance Repair & Sales were HIGHLY recommend for a dishwasher I needed repaired & I can see why! The tech that came out sent a text letting me know he was on the way and I could track to see how far out they were if I wanted. Not only that, they arrived on time & were able to figure out the issue. Unfortunately he didn't have the part needed but that's no big deal. He ordered it on the spot and gave me an appointment on Monday (this was done on a Friday) for the repair. The service was exceptional, the price was fair and the whole experience was hassle free. Not ONCE was in pressured into buying a new or upgraded dishwasher. Wasn't even an option. In fact the tech complimented me on having this type of GE dishwasher, agreed they were built to last & that there's no reason to upgrade unless it's absolutely needed! I definitely highly recommend them for any home appliance repair needs. I'll be calling Bruno's from here on out for repairs!
